life drawings

these are two 1-or-2-minute-sketches i did last week on the bus, as these men were about to get off.
i did these two yesterday. also quick ones while the model was posing for the students. the first time i draw live model since last december, i think i have to start practising more...

Martin,
Welcome to the EDM group - hope you like it and find it as much of an inspiration as I do. I looked at all of your sketches/paintings back to the beginning and can't wait to see more. I love your style - and the various mediums you use. I may have missed your first message - but tell us a little about yourself, i.e. where do you live, etc?

I love the blog, Martín, great drawings, all of them. Looking forward to seeing more. The life drawings are favorites of mine, the way they are drawn looks so fast, loose and relaxed, it´s a pleasure to the eye! Good luck with the blog, I´ll be sure to check back!

Welcome Martin. I like your previous work as well as these life drawings - all three are great and I especially favor the second drawing...I love the freedom of your lines there.
I'm looking forward to seeing more!

I followed the link to your blog from the comment you left on mine. (I'm new to EDM) I love the movement and energy that you've managed to capture in these drawings. They're so free, but so right!
